Refund policy
Hokma Online Mall provides vendors with tools to manage their own businesses. Because of this structure: Refunds for products or services are handled directly between customers and vendors. Vendors are required to clearly state their refund/exchange policies on their shop pages. Hokma Online Mall may assist in dispute resolution where possible, but does not directly process refunds on behalf of vendors. ⚠️ Note: Subscription fees paid by vendors for shop rentals on the platform (e.g., monthly packages) are non-refundable once activated.
